Munmun Ganeriwal Yuktahaar Audiobook: The Belly and Brain Diet🎧
Have you ever wondered why diets don’t seem to work for you? Celebrity nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal argues in Yuktahaar that none of the previous diets seemed to work because they focused on the wrong cause—you, the listener. While we may continue to experiment with low-carb, vegan, low-fat, and other diets, a long-term solution may never be found unless we shift our focus from «you» to «them»—the human-gut microbiome connection.
Almost all chronic diseases are caused by an imbalanced microbiome. A disruption in the balance of your belly-based microscopic community not only causes weight gain and increases the risk of chronic diseases, but it also has an impact on our mood, behavior, happiness, and overall well-being.
Munmun provides a 10-week holistic program that encourages a gut-balancing lifestyle, including seasonal meal plans, recipes, exercise routines, sleep hygiene tips, and yoga practice. Taapsee Pannu’s phenomenal physical transformation while working with Munmun is also documented in the book. Yuktahaar will transform your relationship with food and rebalance your gut for a leaner and healthier you by combining traditional, regional Indian foods with evidence-backed tips.

According to pandeva Gita Duryodhana was once asked how, in spite of belonging to a great lineage and being taught by enlightened gurus, he did such horrendous things this Duryodhana replied. I know what dharma righteousness is yet I cannot get myself to follow it.
I know what a dharma is, yet I cannot retire from it like Duryodhana. We do know right from wrong. We know that gorging on chocolates and cakes is unhealthy. We know we should sleep early and we also know we should exercise to stay fit and healthy. Yet, like Duryodhana, we are unable to bridge the gap between knowing and doing my wish, for you is that you practice the belly and brain diet tvbd, not just for 10 weeks but for life.
My wish for you is that you bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Oh yes, why not easier said than done? I know this is real life with real stress and i’m aware that a zillion things may happen that can derail you every time you resolve to work on your health, ranging from a heartbreak or illness or overtime at work to losing your job or someone in the Family or simply traveling, frequently, life comes with its ups and downs. Amidst all of this, it becomes difficult to stick to your food and fitness routine. So what do you do?
What if i say that the answer can be found in the bhagavad-gita? Do you remember at some point of time during the great battle of mahabharata, arjuna was also in the same boat as the ryodhana. He too was confused and delusional. What then led to the downfall of one and victory of the other. Unlike duryodhana, arjuna sought an answer from the right source: lord krishna, that is when krishna expounded the gita to him on the battlefield of kurukshetra.
The gita gave arjuna an insight into profoundly important aspects of life and death. One of them being resilience. Resilience means the ability to rebound to be able to grow through what we go through. It is not a fixed trait we are born with. It is rather a skill.
We can practice and master a quality that is built with time and effort. Resilience is what differentiates successful people from others. Resilient people acknowledge the situation are prepared for ever-changing circumstances and bounce back. Amid stress and chaos, you can look at stress as a challenge to overcome and address it in positive ways, or you can view it as a paralyzing force feel overwhelmed by it and resort to oversleeping eating you.
